Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Refund Terms

  • Original Payment Mode: In the case of a cancelled order, refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.
  • Processing Timeline: Refund processing typically takes between 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
  • No-Return/Exchange Policy: We maintain a strict no-returns and no-exchange policy on all purchased products and services, regardless of whether they have been delivered or not.
  • Post-Delivery Responsibility: The company does not carry any responsibility for the misuse or performance of products after they have been successfully delivered in good condition.

2. Cancellation Rules by Product Type

Standard Products, Arrangements, and Bouquets

  • Notice Required: Cancellations and full refunds are applicable only if the request is made at least three (3) days before the scheduled delivery date.

Helium-Related Products

  • Notice Required: Due to the nature of these items, orders involving helium cannot be canceled or changed within 10 hours of the scheduled delivery time.

Event Packages and Decorations

  • Notice Required: These specialized services require a three-day (3-day) cancellation notice.
  • Non-Refundable Deposit: Please note that the 50% advance payment required for these bookings remains non-refundable.

4. Delivery and Availability

  • Product Availability: If an item is not in stock at the time of your order, our team will notify you directly to suggest a suitable alternative.
  • Delivery Policy: Delivery is conducted within the UAE only, at the time and date selected during the checkout process.
